1. Press the screen with both thumbs to release the watch from the strap.
2. This can be difficult. Make sure you catch the watch properly and don't drop it.
⚠️ Note: Use a SIM card with mobile internet (3G or 4G). We recommend a prepaid SIM card with a data plan, such as the included Lebara SIM card .
Step 2. Activate SIM card
Please choose one of the methods below:
A. Activate via the watch
1. Insert the SIM card directly into the watch.
2. Call 1244 via the watch.
B. Activate via your phone
1. Insert the SIM card into your own mobile phone.
2. Call 1244 to activate the SIM card.
3. Then place the SIM card back into the watch.
The Lebera SIM card comes with €5 credit and 200 MB of data as standard.
Step 3. Install the app and pair the watch
1. Download the SeTracker2 app from the App Store or Play Store or scan the QR code below.
2. At startup, select:
- Language: Dutch
- Region: Europe and Africa
3. Create an account with your email address.
4. Pair the watch:
- Scan the QR code (on the back or included sticker).
- If this doesn't work, enter the REG code manually.
5. Restart the watch via Settings > Restart. This will ensure a good connection.

Step 4. Acquire first GPS signal
For a good location connection it is important that the watch is used outdoors .
1. Go outside with the watch (garden, sidewalk or open space).
2. Wait one to two minutes. The watch will automatically search for satellites.
3. Open the SeTracker2 app and swipe down to manually refresh the location, or tap the map and select "Refresh."
What do you see?
🔴 “Qlokkie offline” or “Smartwatch offline”
The watch has no internet connection. Check:
- Is the SIM card activated?
- Is there sufficient credit?
- Is the SIM card inserted correctly?
Solution : Restart the watch via the menu.
🟠 No error message, but no location?
The watch is still searching. Stay outside and wait a few minutes.
🟢 Is the location visible? Then everything is working as it should.
Step 5. Check connection quality
In the SeTracker2 app, you can see which signal the watch is using at the bottom left of the map:
- GPS; the location is accurate (best option, outside)
- WiFi; less accurate, based on WiFi networks (indoors)
- LBS; inaccurate, based on cell towers (only as an alternative)
Is GPS not working properly?
1. Open the app and go to the watch's settings menu.
2. Find the LBS function and turn it off.
3. Restart the watch.
No connection? It might be due to the APN setting.
If the GPS still doesn't work and the watch has no internet connection , it's likely that the SIM card's APN settings need to be set manually.

- Check whether the SIM card supports 2G/GPRS.
- Go outside for better signal.
- Restart the watch via Settings > Restart.
- Send sms: pw,123456,ip,52.28.132.157,8001#
Solution:
- Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly (gold chip facing the screen).

The ID number is unknown or already registered.
Solution:
- “Device does not exist” → contact customer service and provide the ID.
- “Device is already registered” → use the same account or request a release.
When the watch is in an area with poor reception or cannot receive a GPS signal from satellites, its positioning accuracy may decrease. This can happen, for example, if you are inside a building or surrounded by high walls. However, once you go outside and can pick up the GPS signal from satellites again, the positioning will be much more accurate (0-30 meters).
Solution:
1. Use the watch outdoors (open space, no shelter).
2. Turn off LBS via the settings menu in the app.
3. Wait for the watch to find GPS signal (may take 1-2 minutes).
GPS = accurate (up to 10 meters)
Wi-Fi = moderate (up to 100 meters)
LBS = inaccurate (500–1500 meters)
⚠️ Please note: It is important to always restart the watch and the app first after making changes or settings if it appears that a connection cannot be established or if the adjustments are not processed immediately.
Solution:
- Add your number via the app (Contacts).
- Make sure that caller ID is enabled by your provider.
- Check if the watch is in 'do not disturb' mode.
- Use the full international number (e.g. +316…).
Solution:
- Send an SMS from your own phone to the SIM card number in the watch: pw,123456,apn,internet,,,20408# (for Lebara)
- Please note: do not use capital letters, spaces or extra characters.
- After confirmation, restart the watch.
- Different provider? View the correct code in our Help Center
Solution:
- Set location update to 'power save'.
- Do not use intensive functions such as video calling or camera.
- Only use a 5V 1A adapter (no fast charger).
- Never charge for more than 4 hours.
Solution:
- Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to reboot
- If the problem persists: send an SMS and reset the watch to factory settings: pw,123456,factory#

Please contact our customer service. Please have the following information ready:
- The name of your provider and whether you use a prepaid or subscription plan
- Send a text message to the watch with the following text: pw,123456,ts#
You will receive an overview of the settings (such as IP address, IMEI number and GPS status)
- If possible, please include this information with your message to customer service. This will help us provide a faster solution.
Setting up important features in the app
The app offers various functions to adapt the watch to your situation.
Manage phone book
Phone numbers must be registered in the app's phonebook under " Contacts ." If a number isn't registered, the watch can't be called. This is a security measure to prevent unwanted calls.
Advice:
Please include the telephone numbers including the area code, for example: 0031612345678 .
Entering numbers this way also ensures they will be recognised when the watch is used abroad.
To ensure smooth communication with the watch, please ensure that all relevant numbers are entered correctly and completely.
Set up SOS numbers
The SeTracker2 app allows you to set up to 3 phone numbers that the watch will automatically call in case of emergency.
How do I set up SOS numbers?
-Open the app and go to the SOS settings menu.
- Add up to three phone numbers.
- Use the full international format (for example: +31 6 12345678).
How does the SOS function work?
- Press and hold the SOS button on the watch for 3 seconds.
- The watch will automatically call the entered SOS contacts one by one.
- Once a call is answered, the cycle stops.
- At the same time, all connected app users receive an emergency notification.
NB:
- If one of the SOS contacts has voicemail enabled, the watch assumes there is a connection and stops the call.
→ We therefore recommend disabling voicemail for these numbers.
- Always check that the numbers entered are correct, so that the SOS function works reliably.
Set up SMS alerts
You can set notifications to be notified immediately about important events:
Battery low:
Get notified when your watch's battery is low, so you can charge it in time.
SOS button:
Get notified when your child presses the SOS button for 3 seconds, so you can take immediate action.
LBS Function
If you experience issues with location accuracy, disable the LBS feature through the app.
LBS determines location by taking the average of the 3 nearest cell towers, which can result in a deviation of 1000 to 1500 meters from the exact GPS location.
For more accurate results, we recommend using GPS only.
Set location update (work mode)
Choose how often the watch sends a location update:
- Normal mode : standard update frequency.
- Energy saving : fewer updates, longer battery life.
- Sleep mode : only during manual refresh.
⚠️ If your battery drains quickly, we recommend switching to Power Save Mode .
Do not disturb mode (e.g. school time)
The app lets you set periods when the watch shouldn't be used, such as during school hours. You can set up to four time periods with specific times and days.
During do-not-disturb mode:
- The watch cannot be used.
- The watch does not receive messages and cannot be called.
Exceptions: The SOS function always remains available, as does the GPS location to see where your child is.
If you make a call while the mode is active, you will hear that the watch is calling.
Set up a safety zone (Geofence)
1. Open the map in the app.
2. Make sure the watch is connected and the location is displayed.
3. Click on the two circles (◎) with the triangle on the right side of the screen.
4. Press the + sign at the bottom and select the desired area on the map.
5. Set the distance/size of the area.
6. Enter the name of the area at the bottom right and press OK .
The zone has now been successfully created!

Important information about using the GPS watch
Here you'll find essential details about using the GPS watch. Learn about its features, easily set up your device, and discover how the watch can contribute to your child's safety.
To the Help CenterYes, it's possible to use the smartwatch with a provider other than Lebara. To do this, insert the SIM card without a PIN code into the watch and restart it.
If the watch doesn't connect immediately, the APN settings need to be reset. You can read how this works here.
Please note that you must enable data roaming in Belgium to use the watch correctly. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Mobile Networks.
- Select Data Roaming.
- Enable the option to connect to the data roaming service while roaming.
After completing these steps, restart the watch through Settings. This should resolve the issue.
1. Ensure a good connection:
Check that the 4 magnetic contact points on the charger are properly aligned with the watch.
2. Use a USB charging point:
Charge the GPS watch via a USB charging point and not directly via a wall socket.
3. Limit charging time:
Never charge the watch for more than 4 hours at a time and always do so under supervision.
4. Avoid fast chargers:
Using a fast charger connected to a wall socket can lead to overcharging, which significantly shortens the battery lifespan. If you still want to charge via a wall socket, use a 5V 1A adapter.
5. Pay attention to the warranty:
An overcharged battery is not covered by the warranty. So be sure to follow the guidelines above to prevent damage.
Follow these instructions carefully to maximize the lifespan of your Qlokkie.
No, it is not recommended to swim with a Qlokkie. Although the GPS watches are completely dustproof and waterproof to a depth of 1 meter, water damage can occur at greater depths due to the increased pressure.
Key Points:
- Make sure the watch is properly closed so that no water can get in.
- The watches are equipped with water indicators. These indicators determine whether the watch has been used correctly and are decisive for warranty claims.
If the watch appears to be wet inside, this can be determined. Water damage is not covered by the warranty, so it's important to handle the watch with care in watery environments.
Yes, the watch can also be used abroad, provided it is set correctly.
You can do this as follows:
1. On the watch, go to Settings > Mobile Network > APNs
2. If there is one APN (multimedia.lebara.nl), tap it. Then, in the top right corner, select the 3 dots icon and then delete the APN.
3. A new overview of APNs will appear. Scroll down a bit and select KPN (internet). Press the empty circle on the right. Verify that it's selected by the blue circle appearing on the right.
4. Then restart the watch (and possibly the app as well)
5. Refresh the location in the app
If it doesn't work after this, you can always contact customer service.
