How do you activate the step counter?

In 4 simple steps you activate the step counter for your child in the SeTracker 2 app.

Step 1 of 4
Open the app and go to Health

Open the SeTracker 2 app on your phone and tap Health at the bottom. Here you will find all your child's activity data.

Tip: Make sure the watch is on and connected. Without a connection, steps are stored locally and synced later.

Tap the settings icon in the top right

In the Health screen you will see a gear icon in the top right. Tap it to open the settings.

Tap "Set time"

Tap Set time. In this screen you can also adjust your child's step goal, weight and step length — so the counter is as accurate as possible.

Set the toggle to green and save

Set the toggle to green to activate the step counter. Leave the time on the default setting — this way the watch counts all day. Then tap Save.

Yes. The watch stores steps locally. As soon as there is a connection again, the steps automatically sync to the SeTracker app. You won't miss any data.
