Open the SE Tracker 2 app and go to SOS / Emergency contacts

Open the app on your phone and scroll until you see SOS / Emergency contacts. Tap it to open the setting.

💡 Tip: You can set up to 3 emergency contacts – handy if you're not always reachable yourself.

Enter the numbers and save

Add up to 3 emergency contacts. Use the +44 format so the numbers always work, even from abroad.

The watch automatically calls through: if no one answers it switches to number 2, then number 3.

💡 Tip: Put your own number first – that way you're always the first one called.

Test the SOS button on the watch

Hold down the side button (emergency button) of the Qlokkie for 3 seconds. The alarm activates and the emergency contacts are called.

💡 Tip: Practice this at home with your child – then they'll know exactly what to do in a real situation.

You get called & receive an SMS

The watch immediately calls all configured emergency contacts. Nobody answers? It automatically moves on to the next number.

At the same time you receive an SMS with a Google Maps link – so you know exactly where your child is, even if you miss the call.

How do I activate the SOS button on the Qlokkie watch?▼
Your child holds down the side button of the watch for 3 seconds. The alert is then automatically sent to all configured emergency contacts. The 3-second delay prevents accidental activations.
How many emergency contacts can I set up?▼
You can set up multiple emergency contacts in the Qlokkie app – for example parents, grandparents or other trusted adults. The watch alerts all contacts as soon as the SOS button is pressed.
Does the SOS button work without Wi-Fi?▼
Yes. The SOS button works via the mobile network, not Wi-Fi. As long as there's an active SIM card in the watch and mobile coverage, the SOS function always works – outside, in the school playground or in the park.
What if I miss the call from the watch?▼
No worries – you simultaneously receive an SMS with a Google Maps link to your child's location. So you always know where your child is, even if you missed the call.
Can I cancel a false alarm?▼
Because the alarm only activates after holding for 3 seconds, false alarms are rare. If one does go off, you'll notice because the watch calls you – just answer and discuss it with your child.
Is the SOS button a direct line to 999?▼
No. The SOS button alerts your configured emergency contacts, not 999. Teach your child that in a life-threatening situation they should always call 999 via an adult or a borrowed device first. The SOS button is intended for contact with parents.
