Is the children's smartwatch waterproof and suitable for outdoor play?
The watch is perfect for outdoor play. It's splash-proof, meaning it functions perfectly in the rain. We recommend not swimming with it.
Which SIM card is required and does the watch work abroad?
The smartwatch comes standard with a Lebara SIM card. However, you are free to choose which provider you want to use. The watch supports all providers (including many international providers).

How do I set time limits or a 'school mode'?
In the SE Tracker 2 app, you can activate the "Do Not Disturb" feature. Here, you can set the time period during which the watch will be in Do Not Disturb mode.

Yes, it's possible to grant access to multiple parents, guardians, or grandparents. The primary account must grant permission for the other accounts.
How long does the battery of the children's smartwatch last?
Depending on usage, the watch will last 2 to 3 days without charging.
How does the SOS function on the watch work?
You can easily set up the SOS function via the SE Tracker 2 app. In the "SOS function" section, you can add three numbers. When the SOS function is activated, the watch will call the entered numbers in sequence.

There are no subscription fees or additional charges. You can choose whether you want to use a prepaid SIM card or take out a subscription.
