We were recently informed of an update that makes the WhatsApp function on our standard GPS watch no longer available. This is a force majeure situation over which we unfortunately have no influence, and we are just as surprised as you are. We understand how important this feature is to you and we regret any inconvenience it may cause.
We have considered all possible solutions and, given the current circumstances, we can offer you the option to exchange your current watch for the Qlokkie Kiddo 23 for an additional amount of €40. We realize this may not be the ideal solution, but it is the only viable option we can offer you at this time. The Qlokkie Kiddo 23 will retain the WhatsApp function after the update in October.
If you wish to take advantage of this offer, we will send you a payment request with the payment details for the upgrade. We also ask you to return your current watch to us stating that you are taking advantage of this offer. After receiving both payment and the watch, we will send you the Qlokkie Kiddo 23.
Please note that the Kiddo 23 is available in black, pink and blue. We will send the same color as the old watch. If you would like to receive a different color, we ask you to indicate this clearly.
